   Dana was great and super responsive. We ran into issues with the website/app itself and she got it fixed with them quickly and easily. The photos of the boat undersell it's size and comfort. We loved the cushions on the front - it was great to lounge and talk. We went to the southside harbor instead of the Playpen and that was delightful. Wonderful day, would do it all the time if we could!

   It was great! We ended up having a little later departure and they extended our arrival by the amount of time we missed out on from the departure. Really appreciate all the communication and help from James and his crew! Thank you so much, it was so fun!

   Booked on July 3 for July 5 after a different company canceled our longstanding reservation. Even with the high holiday demand and short notice, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Quick communication and clear instructions saved my groups holiday plans. The boat was great and so was the captain. Absolutely recommend.

   We rented two boats from Captain James for a big group birthday celebration and it was so much fun! He was quick to respond and always answered any questions we had. We were able to sail and dock together, everything was easy and seamless. Everyone had a wonderful time!

   Erika had great communication from start to finish. The boat was exactly as described and it fit all 12 of us with plenty of room! We did have some delay because the captain was 40mins late(which has nothing to do with Erika) and we couldn’t get the time prorated because there was a booking right after us. Other than that we had a good time.

   First and foremost, Erika communicated effectively and promptly! She was able to answer all my questions. Moreover, she was so welcoming! The energy she brought initially felt so amazing and it got us pumped for the night. I strongly recommend reserving a trip with her and the boat! It was big enough and I truly enjoyed how beautiful it was.
