Communication was consistent, he was very professional and personable, and we appreciate him taking the time to introduce us to a few water sports to enhance our experience on the lake!!    Derick was super responsive to my messages and easy to work with. The boat is in great shape and lots of fun! Highly recommend considering this boat and Derick for your rental! I would 100% rent this boat and any other boat from Derick if needed in the future.

   Highly recommend! Our experience with Derick made our first Norris trip a great success! Easy to work with, super convenient drop off and pick up, very nice boat for water sports. We even had a question during our trip and Derick was right on it. Will certainly book again!

   We had a ball. First time out on the lake. Martin was very informative and helpful. Took us to some great spots. And they made us feel very comfortable. My son enjoyed his birthday. We are planning our next trip on the lake.
