   We had an incredible experience from start to finish! The boat was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. It was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully cared for, making our day on the water both relaxing and enjoyable. The ride was smooth, and the boat exceeded all of our expectations. What truly made the trip unforgettable was our captain and deckhand. Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable, they made everyone feel welcome and safe from the moment we stepped aboard. Their experience on the water was evident, and they knew all the best spots while sharing interesting local insights along the way. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the experience. If you’re looking for a first-class boating experience, this is it. The combination of an exceptional boat and an outstanding captain made for a perfect day on the water.    Jammies boat was so much fun!!! Him and Gibby were so helpful and showed us so much history! We absolutely loved their energy and the tour they gave us! I would recommend them to anyone and will 100% rent a boat again from them.

   Grant was an amazing captain and our group had the best time! He knows so much about the history of the city which was great to hear about. He was super communicative and responsive and also had great recommendations for where our bachelorette group should go out to enjoy the city & food! Highly recommend booking with Grant.

   10/10 experience — I would absolutely book with him again. The owner was also our captain, and he was exceptional from beginning to end. He was incredibly communicative, professional, respectful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He constantly checked the weather, kept us informed, answered every question, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect and we had some rain, but that was obviously outside of everyone’s control. Even with that, he still gave us a beautiful ride and took us to a gorgeous island. One thing I especially appreciated was how kind and patient he was with our group. We were a mixed group of Spanish and English speakers, and for many of us English is a second language. He was always respectful, patient, and willing to repeat or explain things when needed. That level of kindness and professionalism really stood out to all of us. He also went above and beyond after the trip by helping us resolve a partial refund due to the weather interruption, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Honestly, nothing bad to say at all. Amazing experience, amazing attitude, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely book with him again if I return to St. Augustine.

   Jammie and Gibe were excellent hosts. It was awesome to have someone on board to take photos. For us that is a huge bonus. They were familiar with the area and knew instantly exactly what we were looking for to, create an experience dreams are made of.

   Boris provided excellent customer service. The deck boat was comfortable with plenty of room and accessories. He provided several extra rental hours at no cost. The cruise to downtown Jacksonville was fabulous.
