   We had a wonderful time on the boat. Our captains Peter & D were the absolute best- helped us get settled, were very professional yet relaxed, and covered us in when it started to rain. Boat was in fantastic shape, 10/10 would totally love to book again!!

   We had a great experience, the crew was very nice and offered to get drinks and water for us. The boat was excellent, exactly what I wanted, enough space for people to spread out and not feel cramped. We even got surprise jet ski rides which was an added bonus. If I need a boat, I would book it again!

   The captain and crew were friendly, professional, and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. The boat was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was easy throughout the process, and the entire experience was smooth from booking to the end of the trip.    Everytime I've driven on Lakshore Drive and seen all the people out in their boats having fun, I've thought about how nice it would be to rent one. I finally did for my birthday and it was a perfect afternoon! Boat very clean, well-managed, and friendly and helpful captain. Will rent again from Cap't James.

   Doug's boat rental was awesome. The boat was clean, looked great, and my family had an amazing time out on the water. The location at Navy Pier made everything super convenient—we were able to get on the river quickly without wasting time, which was a big plus. The captain and his assistant were fantastic too. They were really attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire trip. Highly recommend Doug if you’re looking for an easy and enjoyable boat rental experience in Chicago.

   We had an amazing experience! The boat was beautiful, and everything exceeded our expectations. Captain Damian and Jules were both outstanding—they were professional, friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone in our group had a fantastic time. We even had a brief rain shower, but it ended up being a unique part of the experience watching it move across Lake Michigan. If you’re looking for a first-class charter in Chicago, I highly recommend them. We can’t wait to book again next year!
