   You will not regret booking this experience! While booking, Fab was super communicative and helpful. Was willing to work in our budget and was really understanding even after making several changes. Frank and his team were SO much fun and we had a great time with them!    Trip was awesome because of the staff. Otherwise a subpar experience. Reasons: FALSE ADVERTISING. This boat is not what is listed in the description. Listed as 2016 model, it is acts 2002 model. The boat was old and not cleaned to my expectations. The indoor area was very much unenjoyable, dirty and old. Also, additional food items that were paid for were missing. Booked Van from resort to marina was fine except for the video playlist that was titled “Negro Mix” on screen. I brought 12 guests here for my birthday and was embarrassed.

   An absolutely beautiful, gorgeous trip… thank you Fab for booking us with CatMania, Frankie was fun, happy and professional! The entire crew aboard the catamaran went over and above to insure we had a great snorkeling trip to Isla Mujeres. Already planning out next adventure, thank you again.

   We caught 4 good sized fish in about 1.5 hours. The captain Mario and deck hand Edgar were great. They assisted with everything from getting us on fish, cleaning our fish and throwing us beers as we reeled in. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

   We THE BEST TIME!!! Me and a group of 10 couldn’t express our gratitude enough. I am a travel agent and customer service is crucial. This company did not disappoint on any level. From A to Z we were taken care of. The crew was simply amazing!!!!! The food was great, the atmosphere was phenomenal and you will be apart of our memories forever. Please book them!!!

   So many great things about this day trip! We booked this trip for 17 and it was the best day of our entire family vacation. The communication was prompt and very clear, no hidden charges. The transportation was arranged, comfortable, private, and right on time. The crew was absolutely amazing! They not only made us feel special, but they went above and beyond with service, suggestions, and even helping with the babies in the family. The day was so perfect and with a large group that’s a difficult task. The catamaran was beautiful and more than we expected. The crew took us to snorkel in area without a bunch of other people. They served us drinks, food, towels, and anything we needed. All of this while being so kind and accommodating. They were so upbeat and friendly, full of knowledge and always helpful. We would give them more stars if it were possible. Thank you again for making this the best day of our trip.
