   Our experience with Ali was perfect. This was our first experience with any rental on “Get My Boat” but his attention to detail, personal touches and in depth walk though of both the boat and lake experience was wonderful. Ali was prompt communication and made everything so easy for us to just enjoy the lake. The 18’ pontoon was in great shape and left little to be desired, very point and shoot and easy to operate. We will definitely be reaching out again in the future for another fun day in the sun. We recommend to anyone 10/10!

   We rented Captain Ali's Sea-Do pontoon boat for a fun morning on Lake Folsom, and the experience was fantastic. Before our trip, Ali reached out to inform us that the weather might not be ideal due to expected rain. To ensure our satisfaction, he proactively offered to reschedule for the afternoon, though we ultimately couldn’t change our plans. Fortunately, the rain stopped just 30 minutes after we set sail. Ali's communication and thoughtfulness were exceptional. He provided comprehensive instructions on operating the boat and ensured a smooth experience by providing car-to-dock and dock-to-car assistance that made our day effortless. The level of service was exceptional! The boat itself was very clean, easy to operate, and powerful. We also rented a tube and had an absolute blast tubing on the lake. I highly recommend Captain Ali's Sea-Do pontoon boat—it's an experience you won’t regret!

   We would definitely recommend renting from him! He was gracious and detail oriented. Every detail was taken care of. He brought us a clean ready to go boat. Gave us a thorough walk through so that we were comfortable operating and maneuvering around the boat. He was on time and gave us a full service treatment. When the day was done he was waiting to load up the boat and took care of all the aftercare for us including cleaning and gassing up after our day. We felt very well taken care of the entire process and enjoyed the boat very much. It was a great, fun day of memories with zero stress. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

   Fun, clean, easy to use and well equipped boat. Captain Ali is totally chill and gives very thorough information before the trip so that you can feel confident to get around the lake. The boat is actually really fast and our kids had a great time on the inflatable. We will definitely rent from him again!

   We showed up early for our boat rental and realized we were on the wrong side of the lake. Captain Ali was very understanding and pinpointed us to the correct boat dock for embarking on our journey around the lake for the first time. Our excursion was to celebrate Mother's Day and a birthday for my wife so we were greeted with some goodies and flowers by our Captain on arrival. What a way to take care of guests, not to mention the amazing instructions and service we were provided. Captain Ali is knowledgeable with his boat and the Lake area, he even extended our trip so we could get our full four hours since we were late arriving. We all had an amazing time and cannot wait to rent again soon!
