   Everything was great from start to finish! It was great having Helen from the moment the boat was booked to answer any questions we had. Captain Andy was also great, informative, and provided suggestions based on what we wanted to do for the day. The boat was in great condition, comfortable , and equipped with a float, noodles, and the slide was a big hit!

   We recently booked Karla for my sister’s bachelorette trip and she was absolutely amazing! She made our day on Lake Norman truly unforgettable from start to finish. Karla went above and beyond by picking us up right at our rental house and providing fun extras like a ring float and large pool noodles for everyone in our group.    Franco was the best captain and ensured our group had the best day! He was very accommodating, fun, friendly, and safety-oriented. We had the best time and would absolutely book again.

   We had a wonderful day on Lake Norman cruising on Ship Happens. The pontoon boat was very comfortable, easily handles 10 adults, and has plenty of shade. Floats, noodles and life jackets, even for small children, were all included as well as a full cooler of ice and plastic drinking cups. Franco, the owner and also our captain, was knowledgeable about the area, very personably and friendly, and was great at answering questions and ensuring we each had a great experience. Franco took us around Lake Norman to view some spectacular waterfront properties. We spent time at a small island with a little beach that had minimal rocks, for our 3 1/2 year old grandson to play. We went to a second location, dropped anchor, and had the opportunity to swim and float in a tranquil cove. It was a great day out. Thank you, Franco! We will be sure to plan another trip with you in the future.
