   Jeremy provided an outstanding level of professionalism and was very accommodating. The quality of the jet skis was exceptional. They were new, well-maintained, reliable, and equipped with all the necessary features to enhance my ride. Each one was in top-notch condition for an optimal riding experience. We had a user error, and Jeremy came all the way out to Lake Lewisville to see if he could fix one of the two. Once he realized he could not, he let us keep the one a little longer to compensate for the lost time, which was not his fault again. Jeremy is a stand-up guy! We will be renting from him again in a couple of weeks. We will also make sure no one uses reverse mode while banked on the shore!!!

   Excellent customer service and communication throughout the day. Jet ski’s were delivered on time, and picked up in a timely fashion. I would definitely book with Juan again.

   Jesse was great. He communicated prior to our trip and the day off. We met him at our arranged location and his skis were as described. Fun time!!
