   Where do I begin? First, go ahead and book it! Then come back and read this review (just don’t want you to miss your opportunity). Tanya and her communication are second to none. She cares and it shows! Then the catamaran… I cannot say enough of how beautiful, well equipped and truly luxury it is! My wife and I loved being on it for the whole day and wouldn’t have traded the experience for anything else! Truly the highlight of our Cancun vacation. The best of it all though was the crew! Every single one of them showed care, passion and dedication to their craft. The captain (Domingo) kept us safe but also exactly where we wanted to be. It truly was our day and they made sure we felt that! Jeovani the chef… a magician! The food, every single thing, was beautiful in looks and taste! We couldn’t stop talking about the artist that he is, and an overall nice guy to have on the ship with you. Jalil and Sergio, the first mates, truly took amazing care of us! They noticed every detail and were passionate about the care of the vessel and also the care of us. We were humbled by their amazing service! Oh, and Isla Mujeres, the waters around it and the snorkeling are top notch, but we took the experience for the boat and were not disappointed one iota. Thank you to the owner of this vessel who truly cares and has hired an amazing team! Your passion shows through and we were impressed by every aspect of Lumiere and your team! Thank you, thank you, thank you all around!

From start to finish, Dino & Jesed De communication was outstanding—they thoughtfully planned our itinerary and accommodated every detail, from activities to dining preferences. We boarded immediately upon arrival at the docks, and the crew made the day truly magical. They were attentive yet discreet, ensuring my proposal went flawlessly while capturing every special moment. Beyond the proposal itself, they created an unforgettable experience exploring around the Isla Mujeres. I wholeheartedly recommend the Big Boy to anyone seeking a memorable celebration on the water.    We had a wonderful experience on the Sea Daddy and booking with Natalia. The boat was in good shape, plenty of space. The crew was very helpful and friendly. They really made sure we had a fun time, asked us what itinerary we would like and so on. They gave us a good overview of everything and made us feel welcome. They were prompt and efficient. The boat experience really was the highlight of our trip. Also, Natalia was very prompt and helpful when we needed to change the pickup point.

   My family and I had an amazing boat experience! The staff was incredibly attentive, the food was delicious, and the decorations created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable trip. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great time on the water and would love to do it again!
