   Great experience and will use again! We are so happy we found Justin and his pontoon. Boat was in great shape, amazing day out on the water, Justin was helpful and very knowledgeable. He was Happy to answer any questions we had! We saw so many dolphins, able to take a Long Beach walk and go out to lunch!

   Justin was a great host with the boat. He provided all the information on boating, all the best places to go and the whole experience was great. I will definitely book another boat with Justin again. I recommend the areas around Lovers Key in Estero/Bonita Springs. Nice places to beach abs relax. Water is beautiful.

   This was our first time renting a boat in SW Florida and Justin made the process simple and enjoyable. His communication throughout was excellent and his knowledge of the area ensured we had a safe and productive time on the water.    Although we had to reschedule to the next day and then eventually cancel due to thunderstorms and lightning we think you Justin communicated well with us and he was the one who brought the storms to our attention.    This was my very first time ever renting a boat. I can honestly say that I, my wife and two kids had the absolute time of our life! If I can be honest I never thought that my first time renting would be in a pontoon boat however this experience has truly changed the way I see those boats. Tons of space, shade when you wan it, super smooth ride and extremely user-friendly! Even when we got caught in the rain for a bit Justin contacted us to make sure everything was OK. Found a little restaurant on the water and waited out the rain there. Justin Even told me when to expect for it to clear up to get us back on our way. Five star service!

   We confirmed our reservation last minute and apparently someone else did at the same time for the next day. I called Justin and he told me there was a conflict but that he would move some things around to accommodate both parties which he did. His solution worked out even better for us as he offered to allow us to pick up the boat an hour early with no extra charge. We went hard at it for about 4 hours at which time my group lost steam. I dropped them off and needed to turn in the boat 4 hours early. I texted Justin and he didn't bat an eye. He arranged to meet me at the launch area 45 minutes after my text which worked out perfectly. This was my first GETMYBOAT excursion (pun intended) and I wasn't sure what to expect. Thanks Justin for far exceeding my expectations. X's and O's. Justin met us 10 minutes early. He walked us through a thorough safety and operational overview. He helped me understand how to operate the Navionics App and gave us additional guidance on tide levels/timing and wind direction as it related to our planned route. Don't hesitate...just book with him. Thanks again Justin for everything!!!
