   This boat company was great & professional. Captain John was nice & friendly!The only areas of opportunity, lboat company recommended a couple of food options to bring to the boat ride. We chose Becca’s Boards as it offers charcuterie and crudites.Fully paid.I planned this “Mother’s Day” boat ocean fun first week of May.Booked May 2 to be exact.Text messages confirmed. Then,last Friday late afternoon,I got a text asking if she can deliver Sun AM asking me if I am “local” (OC).I responded to let her know Sun. morning is my church day then we’ll go straight to the dock.Boat dock parking area was the agreed delivery spot.It will not be ideal to leave the charcuterie boxes & crudity I ordered inside the car while am at church.Upon sending that info, I was hopeful,she will figure it out.As other normal businesses will do.Then a day before Mother’s Day,she sent a text cancelling my order & offering to refund via PayPal. I don’t have PayPal.The delivery of cancellation message was very unprofessional.Most importantly you are cancelling a client day before the paid service,no phone call to ask where to refund, etc. At least be nice about it.She just dictated how she wants to refund.Coming off as a VERY ENTITLED PERSON.Just because it’s her Mother’s Day too, doesn’t mean she has the right to make it inconvenient to customers.A professional business person would not accept orders if you don’t want to provide service on Mother’s Day.Awful customer experience from Becca Boards.

   From before the booking our communication was great. My questions were answered timely and customer service was on point! The day before and the day of was also an amazing experience as far as notes, checking in, parking, etc. The 2 hour experience was just perfect, as Captain Dave advised. Captain Dave is such a great host. He and Captain Tracy were very good about safety and support. The boat ride was perfect and Captain Dave gave us insight about the area and gave us a fantastic history lesson and fun facts. He was engaging and humerus and really made the ride special. This experience was so amazing, my family and friends really enjoyed themselves and we have to do this again! Thank you Captain Dave and Captain Tracy for such a memorable experience.

   Booked a trip for my daughter’s 16th Birthday, was definitely a great time. Her friends and her definitely enjoyed it, we brought snacks and drinks and the weather was perfect. Dave was informative and super friendly! Definitely recommend!

   Everything was fantastic. Just be sure that you check if the yacht club is having an event before you schedule your boat. Parking was really rough. But the boat, captain etc was great.

   Amazing and very responsive captain! We were accommodated so well and the captain was very sweet and patient with kids too. We were able to bring food and drinks on, play our music, sing and dance all while feeling very safe with our captain. Amazing experience!

   I would highly recommend this yacht and crew. All of my guests had a blast and were extremely impressed with the crew. I had 40 guests, and everyone had adequate room to interact and party. Trevor and the crew, truly made my 30th birthday memorable, and I am very grateful to them! P.S. The open bar was totally worth it!!!
