   We had a wonderful day on Lake Norman cruising on Ship Happens. The pontoon boat was very comfortable, easily handles 10 adults, and has plenty of shade. Floats, noodles and life jackets, even for small children, were all included as well as a full cooler of ice and plastic drinking cups. Franco, the owner and also our captain, was knowledgeable about the area, very personably and friendly, and was great at answering questions and ensuring we each had a great experience. Franco took us around Lake Norman to view some spectacular waterfront properties. We spent time at a small island with a little beach that had minimal rocks, for our 3 1/2 year old grandson to play. We went to a second location, dropped anchor, and had the opportunity to swim and float in a tranquil cove. It was a great day out. Thank you, Franco! We will be sure to plan another trip with you in the future.

   Everything was professional, organized, and made for such a fun and stress-free experience from start to finish. We had an absolute blast and made some great memories. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great day on the water, and we can’t wait to do it again!

   Our entire experience was great from pickup at our rental to drop off. Our Captain Brian went above and beyond to ensure the entire group had a great time.    Our family had an absolutely incredible experience! Captain James was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. The boys had an absolute blast tubing. We also enjoyed exploring beautiful Lake Norman, relaxing, and taking in the scenery. The convenience of being picked up right at our Airbnb made the experience even better. Most importantly, this was one of those experiences where lifelong family memories were made. Those are priceless. If you're looking for a professional, fun, and stress-free day on Lake Norman, I can't recommend Heath and Captain James highly enough. We would absolutely book with them again the next time we're in the area!

   We booked with Karla & Dan for a birthday celebration (Dan being our specific captain), and they made the entire experience feel special from start to finish! Communication and coordination were effortless, and Captain Dan was incredibly friendly, respectful, and created a fun, welcoming atmosphere for everyone on board. The boat was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The speaker system was outstanding, and the Bluetooth connected flawlessly, so we were able to enjoy our own music all day without any issues. If you’re looking for a captain who is professional, personable, and knows how to make an occasion memorable, Captain Dan is your guy. He helped make our birthday celebration one to remember. 10/10 recommend. We’d absolutely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing day on the water!

   Karla was an excellent captain! She was friendly, attentive, and had just the right balance of interaction with our group! She made my bachelorette trip so memorable and fun! She had a ring float and was ready to pass a drink to us in the water at any given time! Thanks, Karla!
