   Cruzador confortável na Baía de São Francisco

   About a month ago I was trying to decide how to celebrate my grad school graduation and decided to check out this site. I landed on Wonderlust and was really pleased with my choice. Our party was between the ages of 5 and 65 so having an indoor area to lounge was essential. Throughout the morning adventure, the experience was tailored to our liking, we immediately popped champagne and put some danceable tunes on, and were even able to adjust drop off at the Ferry building so we can walk to North Beach for our afternoon lunch. Overall, the experience was 11/10, my family was so happy and it'll honestly be a celebratory moment we'll never forget. Hopefully we get to board again for another life celebration or maybe just because!

   Booking and sailing with Brad was wonderful! He was super quick to respond with booking questions and the sail was great! Brad was a seasoned captain and a fun hang. We had some experience sailing and he let us do a lot of the sailing, but he also caught on quick to where he needed to jump in. We had such a good time!

   I chartered this boat for my wife's birthday and it was a BLAST! The boat was clean and comfortable. The crew(Brian & Olive) were totally professional and fun to hang with it as we cruised around the bay and ended in Sausalito. Next time I charter a boat it will be with these guys

   This was the first time using GetMyBoat, My wife, myself and our dog had a great day out on the water. Eduardo made the pick up/drop off easy, communicated everything well, and the boat was great. Would rent from them again, and recommend them to others! Thanks again!

   Jeremy was very nice, and professional. He arrived on time and gave us a ride back to the lake after having to park far. He explained all instructions, very detailed. Our jetskis were in awsome shape. I'll definitely will be renting from him again in the near future. Thank you Jeremy!

   This boat company was great & professional. Captain John was nice & friendly!The only areas of opportunity, lboat company recommended a couple of food options to bring to the boat ride. We chose Becca’s Boards as it offers charcuterie and crudites.Fully paid.I planned this “Mother’s Day” boat ocean fun first week of May.Booked May 2 to be exact.Text messages confirmed. Then,last Friday late afternoon,I got a text asking if she can deliver Sun AM asking me if I am “local” (OC).I responded to let her know Sun. morning is my church day then we’ll go straight to the dock.Boat dock parking area was the agreed delivery spot.It will not be ideal to leave the charcuterie boxes & crudity I ordered inside the car while am at church.Upon sending that info, I was hopeful,she will figure it out.As other normal businesses will do.Then a day before Mother’s Day,she sent a text cancelling my order & offering to refund via PayPal. I don’t have PayPal.The delivery of cancellation message was very unprofessional.Most importantly you are cancelling a client day before the paid service,no phone call to ask where to refund, etc. At least be nice about it.She just dictated how she wants to refund.Coming off as a VERY ENTITLED PERSON.Just because it’s her Mother’s Day too, doesn’t mean she has the right to make it inconvenient to customers.A professional business person would not accept orders if you don’t want to provide service on Mother’s Day.Awful customer experience from Becca Boards.
