Pros : Crew was very attentive, never did anyone wait more than a second for a drink. They had some small snacks as well. They were very polite to everyone on the boat. Cons : I spoke to the host about the boat having a cabin with a/c several times as our 1 year old would need to nap. He assured me the boat had a/c. After we got all the way to Isla Mujeres I asked to turn the air on, to which the captain just said “no air” several times. We spent a majority of our time on the boat trying to get him to sleep in a 95 degree cabin/making everyone on the boat be quiet so he could try and sleep on the deck. After the first stop they asked where we wanted to go, but none of us are locals so we had no idea what to say. The last tour we did the captain had several stops lined up for us. We were scheduled to have the boat until 5, at 3:20 we came to another beach and were told we couldn’t swim because it would take 1:20 to get back. We got back in 35 minutes, wasted time cruising the lagoon at 1mph, then docked about 20 minutes early.
