   We chartered Saltwater Taffy whilst on a recent cruise to St Thomas. The 4 of us had the best time ever. Great communication from Rosie on the days before the sailing. We were met at the ship by Brad and driven to the boat where we met Rosie and Bosun the cat. We set sail straight away into turquoise waters and we were quickly under sail. We chose to snorkel with turtles so we went to Scott beach, got kitted up with snorkels and Brad took us to the beach in the motor rib. It’s really easy to get in and out of the water from the swim platform. We swam for about 10 minutes until we found the turtles. They are just so graceful. Brad got some great underwater pics. We then went back to the boat where Rosie had been preparing an amazing lunch and cocktails. We then motored back to the dock. Best day ever and we will be back to do it all over again.    What a wonderful day at sea! Four of us joined Rosie , Brad and mascot Bozun for a day of sailing and snorkeling. The customer service was top notch. The food was some of the best we had on St. Thomas and Rosie's presentation was so appetizing. While snorkeling we saw an octopus, a barracuda, an eagle ray and countless beauftiful coral, fish and sea urchins. Our hosts chronicled our day and we received pictures and videos of our experiences. We would definitely recommend Rosie and Brad.

   We could not hand pick a better charter! Felt like old friends as soon as we stepped on the boat. They showed us a great time and some AMAZING water! The memories made will last a lifetime, but we will definitely be booking the Saltwater Taffy every time we get the chance! Only rated them five stars because 14 stars was not an option! Best hosts ever. Thanks Captain Rosie and team!

   Rosie, Brad and Christian are such a warm, welcoming family. They opened up their home to us and were so accommodating. Rosie whipped up all kinds of drinks for us (we asked, she delivered) from pina coladas to cocunut mojitos to painkillers it was all phenomenal. She also made a fantastic taco lunch - our family has several dietary restrictions including vegetarian and she prepped the meal so everyone could enjoy. Brad took us out snorkeling to see the sea turtles and to a private beach. We were able to set our own pace and never felt rushed. Overall, wonderful trip with wonderful people. It was one of the best excursions we took as a family, Would highly recommend!

   We highly recommend this charter experience! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Rosie, Brad, Christian, and Boatswain planned a wonderful day. We even had birthday cheesecake! You can’t go wrong with their charter. We’re counting the days until we can do it again.

   BEST trip EVER!!! My husband and I did an overnight trip with Brad and Rosie on the Salt Water Taffy. Brad and Rosie are both experienced and cautious sailors as well as wonderful hosts. We felt safe and were very comfortable on their boat. We slept on the saloon bed which was comfortable and right next to the bathroom. Rosie is an excellent cook and bartender and kept us well-fed; We also enjoyed several of her delicious libations including painkillers and bloody Mary’s. Her homemade bagels fresh from the oven were out of this world! Brad and Rosie both have a vast knowledge of the area and showed as many sites in Saint Johns national Park. They are both very nice people and good conversationalist. We enjoyed getting to know them and felt welcome on their boat. I highly recommend them and would definitely book with them again without reservation.
