   Jennifer was awesome during the booking process. Very communicative and answered all the stuff. Captain Shane reached out right away and thru the process. Was early to the dock, and we had a blast. Very knowledgeable of the River and all her history. Was truly like going on a boat with your buddy. We will 100% book again next time.    Capt. Tim and crew were very accommodating and helpful. We rented the boat to scatter a loved ones ashes close to Navy Pier. Capt Tim was very receptive to our feelings and knew actually what we needed. We had a great celebration of life on his boat!

   Capt Troy is really a nice person he and his wife went the extra mile to plan a special surprise for my wife. They very welcoming. I will recommend them for anyone that wants to plan a surprise or special occasion to go with him.

   Kevin was awesome, super communicative, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. There was a change to our departure time and a delay afterward, but he kept us well informed throughout. Captain Justin and his deckhand were fantastic hosts, making the experience fun and relaxing. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and had an absolute blast, even with the chilly May weather in Chicago. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

   We had an amazing time on our boat ride for my friend's bachelorette party! Captain Rizwan was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, helpful, and professional. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were comfortable and having fun the whole time. The boat itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

   Capt Riz was great with communication prior answering any questions I had. Boat was ready at scheduled time and Capt Chris was great on the water especially being the Air and Sea show so the waterways were more crowded than usual. This was for my Daughter's 18th Bday with her friends and a GREAT time was had by all!!
