   Sergio and the entire crew were extremely professional, kind, attentive, and truly outstanding. The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the chef even prepared a special meal for the kids on board, which was very much appreciated. The catamaran itself was exactly as advertised clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Tanya, the booking representative, surprised us with a cake, birthday decorations, and a birthday sign, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, the onboard experience felt very luxurious. That said, I do wish it had been communicated to us prior to departure that we would not be able to go to Playa Norte due to the weather. We were unaware this stop would not be possible, and had we known in advance, I would have preferred to reschedule. The water was extremely choppy, and unfortunately every person on board became sick. I have chartered boats many times, and this was by far the worst conditions we have ever been in. When I later shared this feedback with Tanya, I felt the response was dismissive rather than receptive. I was told that I should simply be appreciative of the birthday surprise, rather than having my concerns acknowledged. I was also told that the crew would now “be in trouble with the boat owner” because of my feedback, which felt inappropriate and unfair. This was especially concerning given that my message repeatedly emphasized how exceptional the crew was and that they did nothing wrong. They provided outstanding service under challenging conditions. I am still rating this experience five stars because the crew truly deserves full recognition for their professionalism and care. With clearer communication ahead of time and a more constructive approach to feedback, this experience could have been flawless.

   We couldn’t have asked for a better boat day in La Paz for a bachelorette celebration. The boat was spotless and so comfortable. Max and Yair were incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we felt celebrated and taken care of the entire time. They took us to beautiful sightseeing spots and created such a relaxed, enjoyable vibe. It was the highlight of our trip, highly recommend!

   We rented this boat over the holidays in La Paz and had such a relaxing, fun day. The captain and deckhand were fantastic — super friendly, professional, and made us feel safe and well taken care of the entire time. The captain was very knowledgeable about the area and took us to some incredible spots to swim and snorkel, including snorkeling with the sea lions (unforgettable!). They were also really accommodating with what we wanted to do throughout the day and kept everything easy and stress-free. One of the best parts of the boat was the front lounging area — it had really comfy cushions where we could all spread out, relax, and watch the waves go by. Perfect for a group. They also set up lunch for us on the beach and the food was great — especially the chips, salsa, and guac. The boat itself isn’t brand new, but it was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Overall, an awesome experience and I’d highly recommend it for families with older kids or adult groups looking for a fun, easy day on the water.

   This experience was by far the highlight of the trip. Four couples traveling for a 50th birthday celebration and Alex and his team did not disappoint. The communication was on point from the very first inquiry. When we arrived, everything was ready for us, decorations, drinks we requested and most importantly, impeccable service. Our captain was laid back and chilled. The stewards attended to everyone’s needs without hesitation. And the chef slayed in the kitchen. The food, OMG, was AWESOME! I highly recommend Alex and his crew for your yacht experience. You will not be disappointed!!

   . Our family of three did not need a huge yacht, just wanted to get on the water and perhaps do some Snorkeling so booking with Jose’s boat was perfect fit, it was easy through this app. Our captain (Moses) first toured us along the coast to Zihuatanejo. This boat had a nice area for two to comfortably relax-lay out in the bow of the boat. (See pics) and I could hang in “passenger seat” to view all. On our way to Ixtapa island to snorkel, we spotted a humpback mom and calf breaching. We watched for 40 minutes (we were the only boat ) as they breached and played, then the momma seem to swim purposely close to boat and revealed that her calf had a fishing net draped over its rostrum (head) Moses immediately called the local Marine authorities and we waited 10 or so minutes for them to show up. The humpbacks did a deep dive and Moses proceeded over to Ixtapa island and anchored for some swimming and “fish watching”. Recommend you bring your own snorkel gear. We leisurely returned along coast , past our entrance to harbour for an extra half hour boat ride. When we got back to port, Moses informed us that the marine crew had managed to save the calf from ultimate doom and removed the netting covering its head and mouth. . It Was a fantastic day for our whole family(3) and the whale family (2) !😉😎 We Would highly recommend this boat and captain to any small groups travelling to Zihuatanejo-Ixtapa.    My family of 11 rented the boat for 8 hours. We had a great time! The boat was well maintained and the staff were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Alex's team to anyone looking to rent a boat in Cancun.
