   100% recommend this crew and catamaran sailboat. They even had a professional photographer and videographer to capture our snorkeling and my friend’s birthday celebration on the boat. It was memorable and everyone had an amazing time!

   You will not regret booking this experience! While booking, Fab was super communicative and helpful. Was willing to work in our budget and was really understanding even after making several changes. Frank and his team were SO much fun and we had a great time with them!    I brought seven girlfriends to Isla Mujeres for my bachelorette weekend and decided to rent a boat from Dino & Jessed, and had a wonderful experience. The boat was great, everyone was professional and communication was top-tier. On the morning of our boat there ended up being a lot of rain, and they were extremely flexible with us as we navigated moving times around. With that said, the only blip of our experience was the boat ended up running late and we weren’t sure where to find it, and there was a lot of confusion around that. But once the boat finally got there, we had a wonderful experience, a great time, the staff was very attentive. We are so grateful and would definitely rent a boat from them again!!

   I’d definitely recommend the whole team that helped run our boat. Amazing customer service, everyone went above and beyond when helping people move to different positions in the boat or handing out drinks or whatever else needed to be done. Everyone was understanding and open when I wanted to get an initial boat check before paying as well which happily surprised me. Very honest and friendly folk. The boat was also very try clean and well maintained. The only thing is the Bluetooth was having some trouble but once we found a good spot to put the connected phone everything was fine.

   Do yourself and your family and friends and even your pet a favor and book with them. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The catered food we ordered was delicious. The drinks were made perfectly and we never had to lift a finger for anything. This was such a beautiful day and we will return. It was a 100 out of 10 experience. We recommend them 100 times over.

   I would highly recommend renting with Pepe. I had an awesome experience celebrating my 50th bday. Renting the private boat was the icing to the cake for my bday weekend celebration. Pepe responds to any query promtly and accommodate last minute requests. Rolando, our boat captain was awesome. He was so attentive, patient, accommodating and always making sure that we are safe and ok. He was always ready to provide us whatever we need. Once again, thank you so much Pepe and Rolando for making my 50th bday celebration extra special. Salute to you both. Cheers!!!
