   Daniel was very helpful. The boat was spacious. The captain made the best grilled steak. We saw the most gorgeous views!!!!!! Also it was for a proposal and everything turned out perfect. Best way to see Brazil. 10/10 experience

   Germán is amazing, super cool. The experience starts just walking the port getting to him. Once on the dingy, you’ll motor over to the sail boat. From there you’ll get onto the boat and depart. After about a minute of using the motor to get out of port; the sails drop. Be prepared to enjoy the coast & see the city from a different perspective; highly recommend!

   From the moment Germán started communicating through the app, we knew we had made the right choice for the highlight of our Chilean vacation. Our time on Yate Ike was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The boat is spacious at 45 feet. Most sailing boats are around 33 feet, but this one easily takes the prize as the largest we’ve ever sailed on. It even has two masts! The size ensures incredible stability—I get seasick often, even on car rides, and not once did I feel nauseous. The electric toilet was another huge comfort—we didn’t have to deal with the smelly, cramped spaces common on other boats. This boat combines creature comforts with an experience that is still affordable. The smooth ride is a credit to both the boat and Germán. He is people-focused, patient, and attentive, making the trip enjoyable even for those of us with limited sailing experience. Our lessons started right away, beginning with the dinghy fundamentals and safety brief, and we even got to drive the dinghy ourselves. Germán had researched the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) program so our diesel lesson could count toward our RYA hours—a thoughtful touch. He also went above and beyond with warm snacks, coffee, and even printed a photo of us on the boat while we were still sailing. Every detail showed his pride in his boat and his dedication to giving guests an amazing experience.    Fun trip. Boat is great. Communication could’ve been better, confusing how to find the boat. Itinerary was ok not great. Too much sitting in certain locations and not moving. Seemed like they didn’t want to use much gas. Service on the boat was fantastic, great staff.

   This boating excursion was the best part of our Rio trip (and we did a lot of excursions)! There were ten of us total (including eight “kids” ages 17 to 25). Communication with Guilherme was very professional and prompt from the very beginning. Neto was our guide (and captain) on the boat and he and his crew did an amazing job! Boat was fabulous and made us feel very “glamorous” for the day. They barbecued lunch for us on the boat (and even got a cake as we were celebrating the 21st birthday of one of our kids). Highly recommend using Guilherme and Neto (and THIS boat) for anyone who wants to see Rio from the water. The trip was simply magical because of these guys. Bravo! 👏👏👏
