Cancellation and Refunds If the client cancels the booking less than 14 days prior to departure, no refund will be issued. In the event that the operator cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the client will be entitled to a full refund. Insurance The client is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for the duration of the charter. The operator is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred during the charter period. Safety The client must comply with all safety instructions and regulations provided by the operator. The operator reserves the right to cancel or terminate the charter at any time if the client fails to comply with safety instructions. Liability The operator is not liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by the client's negligence or reckless behaviour. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment during the charter period. Charter Period The charter period commences at the agreed time and date and ends at the agreed time and date. Any extension of the charter period must be agreed upon by the operator and the client in writing. Crew The operator provides a qualified skipper for the duration of the charter. The skipper has extensive sailing and yachting experience and holds the International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft (ICC) and the Certificate for Operators of Charter Boats issued by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland. By making a booking with the operator, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
