If the tenant wishes not to use the cleaning option and if the boat is not returned in .the clean condition, the appropriate compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. - The security deposit for the duration of the rental is EUR 400.00, excluding VAT. Security deposit will be returned after the rental, if the following conditions are met: no damage, no breakage of the boat, removal of equipment, no violation of regulations.
