John Pinkerton II Canal Cruises and Charter in England

About the John Pinkerton The Basingstoke Canal Society launched the John Pinkerton II in 2013, replacing the original John Pinkerton trip boat after 35 years of service. The John Pinkerton II conforms to Government safety regulations and is crewed by trained volunteer members of The Basingstoke Canal Society. The boat is licensed to carry 50 passengers. For smaller private parties, seating can be arranged as required - from wedding receptions to business meetings and social outings of all kinds. There is a well stocked licensed bar on board, with light refreshments, tea and coffee. Postcards and souvenirs are on sale. The boat has a toilet and is covered, for cruising in all weathers. PRICES FOR CRUISE TOURS Approx 2½ hour return trip departing at 2.30 pm from Colt Hill, Odiham Adults £11, children under 16 £5, (under 1yr free), Senior Citizens £7, Family Ticket (2 Adults + 2 children) £27 Approx 2½ hour return trip departing from Colt Hill, Odiham Two trips a day Mondays 30th May, 29th August at 11.00 am and 2.30 pm.
