Our boat the MV Oceanic is a Southcat 38 catamaran built in 2007 with twin Iveco engines. We are a member of the R.Y.A. and licensed to carry 2 crew and 12 persons on board. We are fully MCA certified and the boat is fitted with GPS, Radio, Sonar in addition to the life raft, life jackets, flares, First Aid and O2 kits. Diving Eyemouth and St Abbs Aquamarine Charters regularly takes divers to the excellent dive sites around the area, from St Abbs in the north to the seal colony at Burnmouth in the south. Licensed for 12 divers, the MV Oceanic has loads of room on the wide and very stable deck to get kitted up and to de-kit after your dive. There's plenty of seating and storage. A door onto the deck makes access easy from land and the double divers lift, fitted aft at midships makes getting into and out of the sea safe and easy too. With an onboard toilet, free tea, coffee and light refreshments and all the standard safety equipment including an O2 kit, the MV Oceanic is a great way to enjoy your dive trips. The MV Oceanic offers an onboard toilet and free tea and coffee is also provided. All of which contribute to a comfortable, friendly and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
