Stand Up Paddleboarding practice came from Polynesia. Standing on a very stable board with a paddle, we offer rides on a stand up paddleboard on a calm lake or an ocean. SUP Activity Details: This activity is accessible from 9 years old with the guidance of an instructor. You will learn the basic of SUP. • Peaceful walks to discover the beautiful landscapes (the famous twins Hendaye ..) and relax in nature; a calm and soothing ballad. • Development in the waves. • SUP is accessible to everyone, novices and advanced.
