Kontraola Surf This school is born from the illusion of being able to teach and share the exciting surfing with everyone who wants to learn the sport. It is suitable for students aged 4 to 99 years, after practicing this sport for over 32 years, we believe that with our experience we can offer our students the "best" way to learn safely in a privileged environment, such as our warm and safe coasts. Learning at all times try to be as fun as possible and the environment where they develop practices is ideal to enjoy a day of different beach. WE APPROACH THIS FASCINATING WORLD When we started in this sport the tables were very poor, as well as the different material required for this practice, thanks to the evolution of the sport and the various means of transport at this time is very easy to get anything related to the sport and at an affordable price. Surfing is one of the most exciting and fun sports that may exist, feel the force of the waves, the adrenaline you feel when you surf is unmatched by being in direct contact with nature. STAND UP The main objective of this introductory course for beginners or for people who have tried and have not completed the object (riding a wave), is to ensure they get the setting up of an easy, safe and fun. As well as the basics of surfing stay on the table, sit on it, rowing and of course, "catch" waves, with the help of specific balance exercises. This course will be geared with a basic understanding of sea conditions (wind, currents, tides, wave direction). All our courses can be taught individually or in groups.
