12´ RIB with 15hp Motor

The renter assumes all responsibilty and liabilty for themselves, person on the watercraft, and damages to the watercraft or equipment. By renting the boat the operator confirms sufficient experience to operate the boat, and has any qualifications nessesary. the renter is required to provide their own insurance coverage for health, accidents, and liabilty. renter agrees to pay for any and all damages or lost equipment up to the value of replacement equipment. the renter will inspect the boat together with the owner prior to use and not any damages. upon return another inspection and comparation. damages may exceed the security allowwance, in this case the customer agrees to pay for damages.  proper operation of the boat would not produce damage or loss, please operate the boat prudently.
