Cap Sailing Rental surfboards Our very wide and very stable boards are ideal for people who already have some experience but not enough to move to the "fun". Our sailing courses: Cap Optimist sailing course Optimist course They take place on 5 sessions from Monday to Friday. Sessions last 2 or 3 hours depending on the courses. The groups are at most 8 to 10 trainees for better quality teaching, with monitors all graduates. Windsurfing course Sailing From 11 years. Six students maximum. Our boards are stable and of large size. It is designed for introductory courses all age groups . Thus, even beginners can go to sea in their first meeting ! The course includes five sessions of two hours. A slot: 16.30-18.30. But it is possible for a small group (4 people min.) Organize an internship at another time slot.
