If cancelled less than 14 days prior to the charter date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter fee will be charged. Conditions of Agreement The following conditions will apply to this agreement: Any changes or amendments to the itinerary must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. The Shivanna reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
