SUP Stand Up Paddle Paddle Surfing (SUP) is born in antiquity in Polynesia as a method of transportation between the islands, currently we adapt it as a water displacement element, but as a sport, both in calm waters, such as waves and even to perform fitness up the board. We offer this sport, both for those with adventurous spirit and physical condition, as for those who have not. This is an exciting and fascinating sport. For those who do not like to train on the treadmill in the gym, the SUP is love at first sight, being able to paddle r with friends or even alone, being a complete aerobic sport. With us, you can have an excellent learning of one of the most radical sports in the world, in one of the most beautiful countries! Our schools are based on two of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal: Praia do Guincho, near Cascais and Costa da Caparica, south of Lisbon. Kitesurfing can be practiced all year round but we think the best season is usually from mid-March to mid-September. We offer special prices all year round, do not miss it! All students are covered with insurance and classes are given in: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French.
