Terms and Conditions I. The cost of chartering must be covered in full before departure, otherwise the trip will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. II. The captain has the final decision to determine whether the chartering must be rescheduled or canceled due to any of the above conditions and make a full or partial refund according to each circumstance, where appropriate.
