LET'S DO IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked a 2 hour cruise for my birthday with friends and it was worth every penny. Christie was clear and prompt with her responses to my questions, our steward Jaden took loads of pictures so we could relax, and Martin, our captain, was friendly, welcoming and unassuming -- just perfect. The only disappointment is ice was included with our booking (along with water, cutlery, cups, etc), but there was no ice. Fortunately, the refrigerators onboard were excellent, and our drinks were able to get and remain cold pretty fast. This vessel is beautiful, with seating like butter, and a gorgeous cabin lounge. It was such a luxurious treat. I highly recommend booking a cruise for yourself and the people you love! I can't wait to do it again. : )

Martin and Jaden were OUTSTANDING from beginning to end!! We were not familiar with the location they came all the way to the front of the pier greeted our guest and escorted them to the boat and made sure they got on safely. We did a Champagne tasting for my birthday. I quickly went through the agenda and Jaden and his team were so accommodating! They told us to relax enjoy the experience and they will take care of rest. This was such an incredible experience!!!Martin was such a humble and caring captain! I tell you we are a demanding group and Martin and Jaden were so patience with us and had the most positive attitude! Martin drove the boat to nice areas were we captured amazing photos! They fulfilled every need. The boat was clean and comfy.. I have to say this experience was phenomenal!!! Highly recommend! Can’t wait to do this again! Thank you again Martin and Jaden for taking such great care of us. This was a special and unforgettable moment!

Weather Policy Each charter is flexible in nature due to tides, winds and other weather conditions. We will do their best to stick to the schedule but cannot be held responsible for charters that end earlier or later than scheduled. There are no full or partial refunds for charters ending prior to the scheduled arrival time. Only the Captain can reschedule a charter due to rain and/or adverse weather conditions, and only after the Captain has reviewed the radar 2 hours prior to departure. Rescheduled charters are subject to availability within the same year, and once rescheduled, cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. Adverse weather conditions include but are not limited to: excessive winds, rain, thunder and lightning storms, small craft advisory, and other extreme conditions. Cancellation Policy All sales are final. The company does not offer any refunds. Terms & Conditions The company has a short list of forbidden items: illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, red wine & beverages that stain, hard shell coolers, weapons, and other pirate accessories. Service animals are permitted, pets are not. – Passengers are responsible for their personal items. – Don’t miss the boat! Dock access is five minutes before the start of your cruise. Due to a tight cruising schedule, we try to cast off five minutes past your scheduled cruising time. If you do not arrive by five minutes past your scheduled departure, there is no refund or rescheduling. If someone in your party is late or does not show up, there is no refund or rescheduling. – By booking a cruise with the company, you agree that we may take photographs or video of the cruise or for the event you are attending, and we may use those photographs or video on our website and for other promotional purposes. – The company recommends that you wear a USCG approved Life Jacket. Adults 18 years and older have the sole responsibility to decide if they want to wear a Life Jacket. Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for determining if a minor age 14-17 must wear a Life Jacket. New York State law requires persons 13 years of age and under to wear a Life Jacket. USCG requires all infants and children, regardless of age, to be considered in the six-person maximum. – Cruising and boating is inherently dangerous and all risks outside the reasonable control of the owners or operators are waived. The captain will determine the safe operating speed of the vessel based on current conditions and debris in the harbor. The company has the right to refuse or terminate passengers we judges incapable of meeting the rigors or requirements of a passenger for the safety of other passengers and employees. The company shall not be liable for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering/anguish, psychological injury, or damage to or loss of personal property. The company shall have the benefit of all statues of the United States of America providing for limitation and exoneration from liability. – The company shall not be liable for any claims for personal injury, illness, or death unless filed within 1 year after the voyage. The company shall not be liable for any other claims unless filed within six months after the voyage. All disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this contract shall be litigated before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan or before a court located in New York County, New York. COVID-19 Policies In consideration of being allowed to board the vessel, you understand, acknowledge and agree that in the 5 days prior to departure, you and all members of your party have not experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive for COVID-19. If the status changes prior to departure, contact the company. The individual will not be allowed to board the vessel until 5 days after symptoms or positive diagnosis.
