Miss Lakeland I was built in Holland, 1985. The boat is 67 ft in length and weighs 46.6 tonnes. On board it is manned by a crew of 2 and can reach a speed of 10 knots with its 1x diesel 108 kilowatt Volvo Penta with 6 cylinders providing 145hp via a V-Drive unit.

• Yellow Cruise: £15 GBP/person

Sail from Bowness to Lakeside or vice versa. This beautiful round trip from Bowness can be taken as a 90 minute non-landing cruise.

• Red Cruise: £15 GBP/person

Sail from Bowness to Ambleside or vice versa. This beautiful round trip from Bowness can be taken as a 70 minute non-landing cruise.

Alternatively you may disembark at either Ambleside, Brockhole or Bowness Piers and return on a later boat.

Each cruise includes a fascinating commentary on the history, attractions and points of interest surrounding Windermere.

• Islands Cruise: £10 GBP/person

Take in the islands of Windermere. A 45 minute circular cruise from Bowness, enjoy contrasting scenery of mountains, wooded shorelines and lovely tranquil bays.
