Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - Late arrivals may result in lost of the reservation with no refunds. - No-shows forfeit their booking without refund. 3. Safety & Requirements: - Age/ID restrictions: Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID. - Safety briefing mandatory before departure. - Life jackets must be worn at all times. 4. Damage & Liability: - Renters are financially responsible for negligence! 5. Rules: - No alcohol/drugs before or during operation. - Stay within designated zones; violating boundaries incurs penalties. 6. Refunds & Rescheduling: - No refunds for early returns or no-shows. - Rescheduling allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
