Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 20 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
Any cancellation received less than 24 hours from the date of the scheduled trip will be charged the full amount of the tour. Private charters cancelled prior to 20 days prior to departure will be refunded the full amount of the charter. There is no charge for rescheduling a tour provided that the day requested is available. Our company reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to mechanical problems or poor weather. No charge will be incurred by our guests should these circumstances arise and our company will not be held liable for consequences of these events. In any event, we will do our best to accommodate you and get you out on the water!
