No alcohol or smoking permitted. Must have bass boat operator experience. (Pre rental screening) Owner can cancel rental owing to sever weather conditions. 30% Cancellation fee if canceled within 48hours of rental agreement. 50% No Show fee. $1000 charge is Insurance Claim is necessary ($1000 is my minimum deductible for damage). Life jackets must be worn when boat engine is engaged. Engine Shut-Off lanyard must be connected to Kill Switch and Life Jacket when engine is engaged. Gas must be replaced to same gauge level when rented e.g fuel gauge shows 3/4 full when boat is returned. Keep speed down when in choppy water.
