Terms and conditions Customer Obligations • After receiving permission to leave the boarding basis, all expenses for moorings in marinas, fuel and water costs, cleaning the boat should run for the customer. • The customer must undertake to respect all regulations and rules to keep the vessel, their belongings, and electronic equipment in perfect condition, as well as navigate and operate the vessel in a responsible manner and in accordance with the Brazilian shipping standards (NORMAN 3). Cancellation • Return 90% of the signal for cancellations up to 31 days from the date of shipment. • Return 80% of the signal for cancellations between 21 and 30 days from the date of shipment. " • In case of cancellation 30 days before the date of the charter - 100% refund of amounts paid. • In case of cancellation 30 to 15 days before the date of the charter - 50% refund of amounts paid. • In case of cancellation 15 days until the date of the tour, there will be no refund of amounts paid. • If the charter's recall, the customer will have 90 calendar days from the original charter date, to use the service at no additional cost. Cancellations by the company: • In case of any electrical failure or mechanical makes it impossible to continue the charter within the contracted period, Our responsibility to replace the vessel with another of equivalent size at no extra cost to the customer, or this impossibility, We are committed to return the amounts, discounted any expenses, proportional to the number of days or hours and effectively used. Weather • We will accompany the forecast through the available channels where the customer will have a maximum of 24 hours to proceed or not with the contracted charter. In case of severe weather conditions (storms, wind) the Parties will schedule a new date for the tour, with no change in price now set, and this contract automatically extended until the designated date. Any climatic condition that does not compromise the ride, there will be grounds for cancellation.
