Olá, We are Sarah Kevin, a dynamic and dedicated Belgo-Portuguese couple determined to make you discover the beauty and hidden secrets of the Azores Central group. Sit back and relax. I have been in the sailing and diving industry for the last 10 years and accumulated a diversified experience, from Alaska to the Med. Professionally qualified, I own a MCA Master 500, GMDSS GOC, Yachtmaster and I'm as well a PADI and NAUI diving instructor. Kevin is a true enthusiast. He gives interest to (almost) everything and after being in the classic cars industry since a young age he is now a keen sailor. We have been travelling for years before settling down in the Azores. Together we form a complimentary team looking forward to welcome you!

Terms & Conditions Article 5 - CONTRACTING PROCESS  5.1 The booking is placed by the Customer 5.2 Upon receipt of the booking along with the payment mentioned in article 8 , a booking confirmation and a bill will be sent by the Company to the Customer’s address, provided the e-mail address is valid. 5.3 A booking is only deemed final, and the Services reserved, when accompanied by payment of the total amount of the Services, and when the Customer has received the booking confirmation Article 8 - BOOKING CONDITIONS - PAYMENT 8.1 Booking conditions: ➤ In the case of partial payment, the payment of the remaining balance must be paid in full one month (30 days) before the boarding date. ➤ If the Customer fails to pay the amount owed by the stated deadline, we reserve the right to sell the reserved dates/places and retain the entire deposit. No refund will be made. ➤ The extra marinas and fuel fees will be paid by the Customer to the skipper at the end of his stay in cash. ➤ Unless stipulated otherwise, a deposit of 600€ in cash must be paid by the Customer on the day of his boarding. It is intended to cover the costs related to damages made by any person of the Customer’s party, or the Customer himself, to the equipment on board. The Customer will receive a confirmation receipt. Any damage related to the navigation or operation of the vessel - by or under the supervision of the crew - shall be covered by the Company.  Article 10 - CANCELLATION POLICY 10.1 Cancellation procedure: by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt. The cancellation will be taken into account only after the Customer has received an acknowledgement from us. The date of sending of our acknowledgment of receipt constitutes the official date of cancellation.   10.2 Cancellation by the Customer The cause of the cancellation does not matter and does not necessarily have to be communicated to us. ➤ Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the boarding date : The Company reimburses the total amount of the Customer’s booking; ➤ Cancellation between 22 and 30 days prior to the boarding date : The Company reimburses 50% of the total amount of the Customer’s booking; ➤Cancellation between 16 and 21 days prior to the boarding date : The Company reimburses  25% of the total amount of the Customer’s booking; ➤Cancellation within 15 days prior to the boarding date : no reimbursement. The Company keeps the total amount of the Customer’s booking.   10.3 Cancellation by the company ➤ In the event of unforeseeable and/or exceptional circumstances, we can’t have the sailboat Let’s Sea ready for the Services, or due to the Skipper’s illness or injury, the company must contact the Customer and find an arrangement: either find a sailboat of the same category, either refund the total amount of the Customer’s booking made at our company, to the exclusion of any additional payment, either retain the amount paid by the Customer and postpone the execution of the Customer’s booking to a later date, but at the same « season » (low, mid or high), within 12 months. ➤ In the event of not favorable weather conditions, therefore creating a risk to the Customer, the amount paid by the Customer shall be retained by the Company, and shall not result in any reimbursement or additional payment. Only the Skipper will decide if such not favorable weather conditions apply.
