Rates: • 4 hours: $800 • 8 hours: $1,200 Deposit: • $500 What You Can Expect: Ultra Fishing Charters runs offshore, Texas State Waters fishing charters aboard a comfortable (42 ft. loa) sport-fish Chris Craft yacht. These trips are run by Capt. Al Manica, a licensed U.S.C.G. Captain/Merchant Marine Officer and a PADI Dive Master with over 29 years professional offshore experience. The trips are all inclusive and include: bait, poles, tackle, deckhand, captain and just about everything you will need to have a great day fishing and all without an additional fuel surcharge. Trips typically depart at 8:00am however this departure time is flexible should customer choose to depart at an alternate time. The 42 feet Chris Craft Sports fisherman Yacht "The Carolyn Jane", can accommodate up to six customers plus captain and deck hand. It has a comfortable large main cabin, two state rooms, galie and a full size bathroom and large aft-deck for fishing activitys. WHAT WE FISH FOR: Some of the fish we typically target are: Amberjack, Cobia, Dorado, Drum, Flounder, Grouper, King Fish,King Mackerel, Ling, Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, Red Fish,Shark and Triggerfish.

Captain Al is a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain Merchant Marine Officer and a PADI Dive Master with over 29 years of professional offshore fishing and scuba diving experience. In addition, Al has and continues to be involved in university research work, ecological studies and archaeological shipwreck restoration and mapping projects involving The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and Texas AM Oceanographic Division. Captain Al is also President of The Global Under-Water Awareness Association (GUWAA) (United StatesTexas Division) and a participant in the GUWAA Clean up Projects.
