- If the cancellation is 3 or more days before the contracted date, the Company will refund 100% of the payment. - If the cancellation happens 1 to 2 days before the contracted date, the Company will refund 50% of the payment. - If the cancellation is the same day as the contracted date, the client must pay in full. If the cancellation is due to natural phenomena or because of the prohibition of the Dominican Navy, the Company will return the 100% deposit - If the cancellation is during a holiday, the client must pay in full. - Rescheduling can be coordinated in the event of rain.
