General Sessions - While these sessions are based around the British Canoeing award scheme, the coaches in charge are guided by what the participants want to do on that day, so can include a session on a particular skill,  rescue techniques, a journey down the canal or just  involve plenty of  games. - Sessions can be also organized for school groups, youth groups, really any group that would like to give paddle sport a try.
