Jet Ski Rental Terms & Conditions Age & License Requirements: - Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. - Operators must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Deposit & Payment: - A $750 refundable damage deposit per jet ski is required before rental. - Full payment is due prior to departure. - We accept all major credit cards. Rental Duration & Fuel: - Rentals are available by the hour, with flexible time slots to fit your schedule. - Jet skis are provided with a full tank of gas. Renters are responsible for refueling or will be charged for fuel used. Safety & Equipment: - Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times while operating the jet skis. - All operators must follow lake safety laws, including no-wake zones and right-of-way rules. - Operation under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Late Return & Cancellations: - Late returns are subject to a $100/hour fee. - Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. - Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, unless weather conditions prevent safe operation. Damage & Liability: - Renters are financially responsible for any damage to the jet skis or provided equipment. - All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to rental. - We reserve the right to deny rentals if safety concerns arise.
