amazing experience. Please note: US Coastgaurd requires that all bareboat charters cannot pre-include captain's salary and fuel in the rental price. You will pay the captain directly on board. Refund Policy We will refund 100% of your money if: - The trip is canceled within 5 business days after the scheduled trip. - SAME DAY CANCELLATION IF there is 80% chance of rain or more (average over rental period) based on Miami Beach location. ONLY ON THE GOOGLE WEATHER APP. - CANCELLATION THE SAME DAY IF Winds of 25 mph or more on the day of rental. - In any other case or situation, it will be necessary for both parties to agree on a fair term.
