What To Expect Onboard: Our largest vessel, "Zalophus", named after the genus of the California sea lion (Zalophus californianus) that also inhabits San Francisco Bay, is the newest member of our fleet with a capacity of up to 590 guests for sightseeing. The "Zalophus" was purchased in 2013, and after extensive remodeling work over the course of one year, the Zalophus joined our fleet in August of 2014. With two large interior decks, each accommodating up to 100 guests for buffet dinner cruises and exterior decks on three floors, this vessel offers plenty of space for guests to mingle and roam while taking in the sights of San Francisco. Both interior decks offer a full bar, perimeter seating with upholstered benches, tables and chairs and large windows to take in the breath-taking views of San Francisco Bay as well as restrooms. The main deck offers a small exterior space at the stern of the vessel, accommodating about 25 guests comfortably. The second deck also offers a small exterior space at the stern of the vessel for about 25 guests as well as a larger space for 75 guests at the bow. The exterior top deck can comfortably accommodate 160 guests. Groups of 50 to 100 guests have the option to reserve the second interior deck of the vessel for private functions during public sailings, such as the popular California Sunset Cruise. Guests that are part of the private event will have exclusive use of the vessel’s interior space on the second deck as well as exterior space on the bow of the second deck. All other exterior spaces of the vessel are shared with the public.

Frequently Asked Questions: Cancellation Policy Sorry, we do not offer refunds. All other tours and events need to be reserved for a specific date and time. Things happen. So should you need to reschedule your cruise with us, you can do so as a one-time courtesy up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Any rescheduling within 48 hours of your cruise will incur a per-person fee of $20 each time. Should you miss or forego your scheduled departure, your ticket will expire and we, unfortunately, will be unable to reschedule you for another sailing. Are your vessel's wheelchair accessible? The enclosed main decks of all our vessels are wheelchair accessible. However, only the Harbor Queen and Harbor Princess have wheelchair accessible restroom facilities. Important: the ramps leading onto and off the vessels vary in steepness depending on tide levels. With prior notification, we can make arrangements to use our ADA compliant vessel and gangway for boarding and disembark. Can children under age 5 come aboard your boats? Absolutely. Children under age 5 can join our cruises free of charge. When making a reservation, simply indicate the number of children under age 5 in your party, as all guests require a ticket to come aboard Are baby strollers allowed? All of our cruise vessels are accessible with baby strollers. Will my tour be canceled if the weather is bad? We cruise San Francisco Bay rain or shine. Only on the rarest of occasion do we have to cancel a cruise due to stormy weather conditions. What clothing should I wear? San Francisco has many micro climates with frequent weather changes. It can be windy and cold in San Francisco Bay one moment, and hot and sunny the next. So we recommend that you dress in layers and bring a jacket to make sure you are comfortable throughout your tour. In case it rains, don’t worry as all of our boats have heated interiors with big viewing windows. What is your policy on smoking? California Law prohibits smoking in vehicles, public buildings, bars, and restaurants. Smoking is not permitted on our tours or while waiting in the boarding line. We kindly request that all passengers comply. Can we bring food aboard your cruises? Yes. our vessels are equipped with cafes, offering hot & cold non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, snacks, and merchandise for sale. You may also bring your own boxed luncheons.
