Cancellation penalty 1. 7 days before the tour – 70% of the cost 2. 4 days before the tour – 50% of the cost 3. Cancellation 48 hours before the tour or No show – no refund applies. IMPORTANT: In the event that the Port is closed b y order of the Port Captain because unfavorable weather situations, your payment or deposit will be fully refunded or we will offer you to schedule another date (according to availability). *Full payment must be made before the tour. *Once the tour has been stared / completed, no refund applies.
