Boat is at the marina with power and water hookup. Has bathroom and showerhead. Sleeps 4 comfortably. 25 ft wellcraft Mini yacht boat has gps, depth finder, 5.7 Mercruiser engine with adjustable trim. Also has full cabin with bathroom, shower, microwave, sleeps 4, full enclosure top for all weather. Bring a cooler. Swimming off of boat at your own risk.
