This is truly Croatia snorkeling at its best! Tour Overview - 2 HOURS TOUR The adventure begins at Fort Ovine (Fižela 12A, 52100, Pula), which was built in the 19th century as a part of a defence system in Pula. We will have a brief introduction of around 15-20 minutes where we will get to know each other, talk through the safety rules, and prepare our equipment for the tour. Get Started We then head out from Seagull’s Rocks Beach, just 50 metres from the Fort. This peaceful location is one of the best beaches in Pula to become familiar with snorkeling. You’ll learn everything you need to know about ABC equipment (ABC equipment are masks, snorkels, and fins) and how to snorkel comfortably, safely, and responsibly. Tryout The Shallow Water We’ll make our first snorkeling steps in the shallow water. After everyone is comfortable with breathing, it’s time to swim/snorkel on. Exploring While Floating Snorkel and admire the underwater world filled with fishes, sea cucumbers, anemones, starfish, sea snails, and crabs. Let the sea relax you while listening to the gentle sounds of the sea. We will then enter the 30-metre-long cave and see the colourful corals at its entrance. Pose for some wonderful underwater photos your snorkeling guide will take while you continue to explore and enjoy this unique location.
