    Boat Rental Agreement and Terms   1. Rental Period: The rental period shall begin from the agreed start date and time and end on the agreed end date and time specified on the rental agreement.   2. Return of the Boat: The renter is responsible for returning the boat in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The renter must return the boat to the specified location on or before the agreed return date and time. Failure to do so will result in additional rental charges.   3. Damages and Security Deposit: The renter shall provide a security deposit of $ 500 to cover any damages or loss of equipment that may occur during the rental period. If the boat is returned in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted, the security deposit shall be returned to the renter within 1 days following the end of the rental period.   4. Responsibility for Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages to the boat, its equipment, and accessories, If damages occur, the cost of damages will be deducted from the renter's security deposit. If the damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the renter shall be responsible for the additional costs. The renter's liability for damages shall not be limited to the amount of the security deposit.   5. The renter is responsible for gas used when reserved on hourly basis   6.
