• Deposit of 50% are due at time of reservation. • Cancelations within 90 days of departure will forfeit 25% of their deposit. • Cancellations within 30 days of departure will forfeit 100% of their deposit. • Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. • In the event we are able to fill your canceled reservation we will gladly refund 100% of your deposit. • If the charter is cancelled by us due to weather, the client has the option for a full refund, or to rebook based on availability.
