Service Fee is $500 and paid directly to the Captain on the day of charter. The Service Fee includes Captain‘s Fee, crew member fee, cleaning fee and fuel. (Gratuity is appreciated as well) Thank you for checking out our boat. We are a private charter boat based in Palm Beach County….“Private Charter” means your group of 12 people max hires the Boat to go and do what you want on the water. We operate under a Bareboat Yacht Charter Agreement approved by the USCG . A Captain and crew will be provided at an additional cost. Their outgoing and accommodating personality will ensure that you get the most out of your day on the water! *Cruising on our boat on the Intra Coastal Waterway and coastal ocean takes you along the shores from Boca Raton to Palm Beach where you will see some of the most impressive homes and estates in all of Florida. Enjoy the view from the comfortable seating configuration. If you feel like jumping into the water and cooling off, you will find sandbars and sandy beaches along your way. *Remember to bring your bathing suits, towels, sunscreen and hats. We provide water, ice and light snacks. Please feel free to bring alcohol. We can recommend some waterside restaurants for lunch, dinner or drinks. Additional Terms & Information
Captain fee‘s are additional at a rate of $50 per hour For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the undersigned parties, (“boat Owner”) agrees to rent the boat listed below to Renter (identified above) for the time specified and subject to all terms and conditions set forth below. The Renter, who has rented the boat will not hold (boat owner) host, liable from any injury up to and including loss of limb or life, for themselves, their family, or any guests they bring on board the boat the dock, or land connected to dock. Release and Waiver of Claims. Renter does hereby remise, release, and forever discharge boat Owner, boat mates, servants, successors, heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, of and from all, and all manner of, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity, which Renter ever had, now has, or which Renter’s heirs, executors, administrators or personal representatives hereafter can, shall, or may have for or by reason of any matter, cause, or thing whatsoever arising out of this Agreement; out of the use (misuse, or abuse) of the boat; or in any way arising out of the rental relationship between Renter and boat Owner. The Renter will be legally responsible and responsible for all medical bills for anyone injured while utilizing the rental, including loss of limb or life. Should the Renter encounter mechanical problems there is no refund. Accommodations will be attempted by boat owner to fix any issues and allow reservation on the rental to continue as planned, but we provide no guarantee for this. Boat renter understands that they are fully financially responsible if they damage any boat/jet skis, watercrafts, docks or other property while utilizing the Rental. Boat renter understands and promise to adhere to state law regarding the use of life jackets. Any person under the age of 13 must wear a life jacket at all times while on the boat/jet ski. Boat renter understands that if they break any of the rules outlined in this agreement, they will immediately forfeit the remainder of their stay on the boat and will not receive any refund. There are no refunds for any reason. Boat renter understands that they are responsible for any damage to ocean property, businesses, or watercraft that they damage while operating and renting the boat
