Our Crownline 239DB powerboat is the perfect boat for cruising Lake of the Ozarks. Grab some skis or a tube and make it a great day on the water! Our Crownline is 24 feet and can accommodate up to eight guests. It is powered by a 250 hp engine and has a Bimini top. Hire people who do their job correctly and take care of the customers. Rent a clean boat and answer or return calls to service your product/services. Make customer satisfaction a priority. Terrible experience. The boat was ready on time, yet after leaving we noticed all kinds of trash from a previous rental. Rented a tube and skis. We tubed. That was good. When we went to ski, no ski rope Filthy. Couldn’t get the stereo to work. Called the Yact Club for assistance with the stereo and to inform them there was no ski rope. The secretary said she would have Adam call us back. No call, and when I discussed the issues upon arrival. The secretary said this should have been addressed earlier. I said we tried, but OYC would not return our calls. Terrible. Unprofessional, and no effort to make things right other than reimbursement for the skis. We didn’t get to ski, a big reason why we rented the boat.

90% refund up to 7 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
We will provide client with $2,000.00 damage protection for $75.00 per boat. This protection is solely for damage done to the boat. This protection does not include loss of property on the boat (anchors, life jackets, paddles, etc.). This protection does not include bodily injury protection or coverage for damages to other property. Client is responsible for damages over $2,000.00. If client does not purchase boat damage protection, a hold of $2,000.00 must be placed on a debit or credit card at boat rental check out. A copy of your credit/debit card will be kept on file pending any loss, damage or theft of vessel that exceeds the prepaid insurance amount purchased. Guest will leave with a full tank of gas. When guest returns boat, guest will be responsible for topping off tank. CLIENT will incur a cancellation fee of $25 if cancelling at least 7 days prior to the rental start date, or $50 if cancelling within 7 days of the rental start date. This agreement may be cancelled by our company for cause, or due to significant damage or loss of our property which may impair our company's ability to deliver on this agreement. Unused hours are non-refundable. In case of inclement weather, we will offer a credit towards a future rental of equal value.
